Ready-made service innovation with ChargingMax

To stand out in a crowded market, it is important to meet clients’ needs with targeted value-added services, but also deliver them quickly. The Service Library, part of eServGlobal’s ChargingMax solution, allows service providers to do this by introducing a library of innovative, proved and ready-packaged services to meet the demands of different user segments.

Building on eServGlobal’s worldwide service experience, ChargingMax provides a rich set of pre-defined services to reduce implementation time and complexity. The Service Library holds value-added services to fulfill the objectives of any marketing campaign. Fixed mobile substitution, segmentation or reducing churn can be easily achieved through the use of services such as Home Zone, Community Manager or Balance Dependant Rating.

Depending on their membership status, service providers can choose three, six or nine services which will be easily integrated into any ChargingMax installation, reducing the CAPEX/OPEX investment required. As consumer demands and technology evolves, further cutting-edge services will be added to the library, allowing service providers to select more services at any time, to respond to future business needs. With predefined service logic, automated self-care capabilities and real time session monitoring, their implementation will result in reduced time-to-market, a fast ROI, and service innovation.

Service providers also have the flexibility to define their own services quickly and easily using the Service Workshop tools, allowing the solution to be configured to fulfill the dreams of even the most creative marketers.

Broaden the reach of mobile messaging to increase revenues

As ARPU declines in saturated markets, service providers seek different ways to halt the slide. Voicemail may hold the answer, thanks to eServGlobal’s Mailis Suite.

The potential for revenue increase is two-fold: either from content-based revenue or from mass alerting revenue. Rich content, and the sharing of user-generated content, is still a key area for growth. Service providers can take advantage of the recent upsurge of user-generated web content in particular, by providing enhanced message systems to enable sharing.

Another key area to watch is mobile advertising. Service providers can earn sponsorship revenue by allowing third parties to deliver mobile advertisements. Users can also pay for special event content, such as animated characters for special occasions: Valentines, birthdays, or holiday season greetings.

Content distribution for all of these services is made possible by the Mailis Suites’ powerful media processing technologies, and payment can be easily managed with eServGlobal’s innovative Payment Suite solutions.

Another area of revenue growth is mass alerting revenues. Voicemail mass alerting is a real supplement to popular SMS alerting, as the message is delivered through a phone call, creating a one-to-one relationship. The delivered voice or video message is truly personalized and authentic from the sender’s perspective, which makes voicemail mass alerting a valuable tool for opinion leaders, and a potential revenue generator for the service provider.

These can be driven by the Mailis Suites’ innovative and easy-to-use messaging notification mechanisms and presence/location information. The Mailis Suite also has seamless integration with the media server, presence server and location server, for easy installation.
