Show me the eMoney

The growth and penetration of mobile services across the world has been phenomenal. But mobile subscriber growth is slowing in some markets, as markets approach saturation. In other markets, a slowdown is expected in next 1-2 years. Service providers are focusing more on how to increase ARPU and implement additional value-added services to attract new subscribers.

Mobile commerce and mobile payments are becoming must-have services for service providers around the world. eServGlobal's Payment Suite Mobile POS eMoney provides a competitive and easy-to-install mobile commerce and mobile payments solution.

With eMoney, service providers can manage users' electronic wallets (eMoney wallet), as well as offer deposit and withdrawal services (Cash In and Cash Out) , bill creation and bill payment, and Peer-to-Peer transfer services. Service providers can earn fees from transactions, manage reporting, and provide access via different means: SMS, USSD or Web.

eMoney will shortly have additional functionality so that users will benefit from the USSD Browser to improve service convenience. Service providers can use transaction counters to define the minimum/maximum amount per transaction or the minimum/maximum credit on an eMoney wallet to comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CFT (Combating the Financing of Terrorism) regulation rules. The solution will also be able to connect to a third party stored value account (SVA) to manage the users' eMoney accounts.

eMoney can be installed as a stand-alone solution, or as on an existing eServGlobal platform for easy deployment and to maximize return on investment.

Gain high-performance message delivery with MessageMax

Rapid growth in SMS and MMS message traffic volumes means that often traffic out-strips the capacity of existing systems, causing network congestion and lowering customer satisfaction. In addition, improved message solutions can now allow service providers to generate new revenue from value-added services.

eServGlobal's MessageMax offers a reliable solution for effective traffic management, especially for bursts of traffic at peak times such as festivals and holidays. Over the eleven days over Christmas and New Year 2007/2008, end users sent over 1.5 billion messages on eServGlobal's systems, with 100% message delivery.

With its virtual location cache register component, MessageMax protects clients' HLR (Home Location Register), Short Message Service Centre (SMSC) and signaling network from overload, ensuring peak periods completely free from congestion, and a very high rate of first delivery attempts. MessageMax also obtains prepaid authorization in real-time to ensure payment continuity.

To make messaging more valuable, MessageMax offers a personalised message centre which gives subscribers greater control over the messages they receive, including SMS forwarding, barring, and auto-reply. Service providers can also collect termination fees from any message and connect with third-party messaging platforms (IM, email).
