2008 First Half Outlook
Sydney, 31 October 2007
eServGlobal Limited today announced revenue guidance for the half year ending 31 Dec, 2007.
Chief Executive, Laurent Lafarge, states that “Continuing sales and delivery growth in 2007 is forecast to produce a half-year revenue achievement above AUD$90million, representing 21% growth over the corresponding period in 2006. EBITDA margin is expected to improve also, as a result of continuing operational improvements and the success of our product strategy.”
There are a number of assumptions included in the forecast, particularly in regard to
external project dependencies not fully under the control of eServGlobal, which may reduce or increase the first half result. We will advise the market if any significant changes occur.
Mr. Ian Buddery, Executive Chairman of eServGlobal, said “Our technology leadership in
mobile charging and messaging and continuing subscriber growth in our major markets, is producing growth ahead of our business plan. We are delighted to announce this upgrade and we are confident of maintaining a strong performance in 2008.”
