Laurent Lafarge has a 21-year track record of leadership within the high-tech industry, at companies such as Control Data, Unisys, Tandem and Hewlett-Packard. Prior to eServGlobal, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Netcentrex Comverse. He has also been Vice-President Europe and Managing Director of Lucent Technologies France and Belgium.

Jean-Philippe Labat has over 15 years of international experience in IT and telecommunication sales & marketing. He is currently leading our go to market activities as Chief Marketing Officer.

He joined the company in 1999 as Vice-President Sales. Prior joining eServGlobal, Jean-Philippe held sales management positions at NMS Communications, Newbridge Networks and Atos Origin.

Gerard Lemoing has spent most of his career in the development of high technology activities (software engineering, AI, image processing systems), notably from 1981 at Intertechnique (Zodiac Group) as General Manager of the Optronics Division. Gerard entered the telecommunications industry in 1997, joining Ferma as General Manager.

Martin Nappert has 19 years experience in the field of telecommunications. He spent 12 years with Nortel Networks in technology and senior management positions with assignments in Canada, France and in the USA. In 2000, he joined Maple Optical Systems (MPLS Routing) as Europe Middle East Asia Vice President of Business Development.
