Gerard Lemoing has spent most of his career in the development of high technology activities (software engineering, AI, image processing systems), notably from 1981 at Intertechnique (Zodiac Group) as General Manager of the Optronics Division. Gerard entered the telecommunications industry in 1997, joining Ferma as General Manager.

He became the Chief Information Officer of eServGlobal in Jan 2007. Gerard graduated from Centrale Lille Engineering Sc 1974, with a MD in Systems Automation.
