eServGlobal Limited announced that its solutions have been selected by Nepal Satellite Telecom Pvt Ltd (NSTPL).

eServGlobal Limited (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), a provider of smarter transaction management solutions in Charging, Payment and Retention services, today announced that its solutions have been selected by Nepal Satellite Telecom Pvt Ltd (NSTPL).
Xalted Information Systems, a leading solutions provider engaged in OSS/BSS, Telecom Security and Managed Services and eServGlobal secured the multi-solution contract for Convergent Billing, VAS and related accessories. Xalted Information Systems and eServGlobal will initially support 150,000 subscribers, with the customer base expected to grow rapidly to 3 million.
eServGlobal will provide ChargingMax, its Convergent Billing System including Rating and Charging for prepaid subscribers, PayMobile (electronic recharge and voucher management) and Missed Call Alert, as well as installation and post-installation services. Nepal Satellite Telecom has also selected a number of eServGlobal’s network components: IVR, USSD and SMS solutions. This is the first time a convergent solution is being deployed in Nepal for any of the GSM operators. Xalted Information Systems will provide the Convergent OSS/BSS platform, including end-to-end Wholesale, Retail Billing and Customer Management. The solution shall be supported by Xalted’s flagship Interconnect Billing, Service Provisioning, Mediation, Retail Billing and Customer Care products.
This project will meet NSTPL’s ambitious launch requirements, committing to deliver all solutions within three months. This is eServGlobal’s second customer in Nepal, strengthening its commitment to this growing market.
