Planning

The eServGlobal project approach supports an implementation within time, within budget, compliant with the agreed requirements and with minimum risk. Each eServGlobal project consists of logical phases with clear entry/exit criteria and clearly defined deliverables and dependencies. One of the cornerstones of eServGlobal’s project delivery successes is open, clear, consistent, and timely communication providing a ‘no surprises’ approach to our customers.

During the Planning stage, the project scope and plan are confirmed. eServGlobal and the customer validate the bid material, and resolve any differences between the bid and current or evolved customer requirements. Detailed business requirements and technical requirements are gathered and documented.

Solution Building

The individual software, hardware and documentation components of the solution are completed and brought together. The solution is configured and/or customized in eServGlobal’s labs or, if preferred by the operator, at the operator’s premises.

Implementation

eServGlobal provides a no-risk integration in our customers’ networks.

Integration

Regardless of the environment, eServGlobal’s project team has the required skills and practical experience to quickly integrate the new solution into the operator’s network, thereby maximizing the operator’s ability to deliver new services to the market.

Migration

eServGlobal is proud of its reputation for seamless migration. eServGlobal staff work closely with the operator’s staff to determine the best migration strategy. eServGlobal staff then ensure successful migration and minimal interruption to the operator’s networks.

Testing & Acceptance

eServGlobal ensures that all work is complete and performs testing, followed by the customer’s testing and acceptance of the solution with eServGlobal’s support. The system is prepared for go live and then goes into production.
