From location-based to presence services

The eServGlobal Mobility Suite enables service providers to deliver location, presence and availability-based communication services to improve end-user satisfaction and interconnection. For example, in a Home/Office Zone, a lower rate and special screening rules may apply for calls and messages, therefore stimulating fixed-by-mobile substitution. Based on SIP Presence & Availability, incoming calls, messages and sessions can be routed to the mobile, NGN, landline, and finally to a single voice mail, video mail or SMSC (find-me-follow-me services).
