Recharging with paper vouchers is still used by 80% of subscribers worldwide. However, logistic costs due to voucher production, distribution, stock, fraud or shortage can reach up to 20% in some markets.
With electronic distribution, the eServGlobal Mobile Point Of Sale (M-POS) eRetail solution enables service providers to cut all these costs and thus increase its margin. Up to 10% of the recharge value can be saved on distribution costs by implementing an appropriate e-retail solution.
eRetail is also an excellent way for the service provider to better control and manage their sales network.

Retailers are provided with the ability to recharge (top up: voucherless) any prepaid subscriber MSISDN account from a relevant operator.
M-POS eRetail allows the top up of any credit amount. The service provider will capture new customers who have previously been out of reach.
