eServGlobal today announced the general availability of the latest release of its carrier grade PromoMax solution.
PromoMax empowers telecom operators to deploy targeted, personalized, diversified and timely promotions with a fast time to market.
With the release of this major upgrade, eServGlobal has significantly boosted the performance of PromoMax and can now deliver rewards in real time (15 seconds on average), over seven times faster than the previous release. Now operators have the ultimate tool in their hands to trigger rewards not in minutes but in seconds.
The release of PromoMax v3.2 will provide operators with even more flexibility and creativity when building their promotions. The new features include significant benefits in terms of approval flow which offers additional internal controls to ensure protection of revenue at every stage. More types of promotions than ever before, including promotions based on customer life cycle, pre-determined schedule based events, incoming call usage and service activation based promotions as well as opt-in promotions.
PromoMax has been benchmarked for 50+ million subscribers and 300+ million daily service events. The solution is currently running 20+ simultaneous active promotions at one of eServGlobal’s customers reaching peaks of 1.8 million rewards per day granted on a human real time mode.
