eServGlobal has been shortlisted in the inaugural AIM Small Cap Awards for the Small Cap International Company of the year award.
This is a great endorsement of the successes achieved in 2012. eServGlobal is recognized as one of the most advanced international mobile remittance, mobile money and mobile payments vendors in the industry. In the past 12 months, the Company has made significant strides to increase the depth and the breadth of its core product portfolio, including the announcement of a deployment encompassing microfinance capabilities. eServGlobal’s pragmatic approach to mobile money is gaining traction, evidenced by the 58% growth of the customer base over the past three years.
It was a formative year for the Company’s unique HomeSend remittance hub, which saw its potential subscriber coverage soar to over 1 billion users through agreements with some of the world’s leading mobile network operators and money transfer organisations. Recent landmark deals include the Vodafone group, Xpress Money and Airtel Africa, adding to the set of international operator groups and money transfer brands.
The Company has benefited from growing institutional investor support, culminating in a successful fundraise in November 2012 raising nearly £11m for the Company, providing it with the funds to execute on its growth strategy.
The awards will take place on 24 April in London.
